DELIVERY & RETURNS
We process and ship our orders within 1-2 working days (Public Holidays are excluded).
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
SHIPPING TO GREECE:
Delivery within Greece is free of charge.
Delivery within Attica district takes 1-2 working days, while for the rest of Greece 2-3 working days. Orders shipped to Greece are delivered via SPEEDEX.
After your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive the tracking number with which you can track and trace the shipment through the Speedex website www.speedex.gr
For international shipments, delivery and charges apply as follows:
Europe: Delivery within 2-5 working days. Delivery charge 25 euros.
United Kingdom: Delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery charge 80 euros.
Rest of the World: Delivery within 5-7 working days. Delivery charge 80 euros.
Free delivery for EU countries above 300 euros.
Free shipping for the rest of the world above 500 euros.
SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU:
Orders shipped to the EU are delivered via DHL within 2-5 working days. The delivery might take a little longer for inaccessible areas.
If you are in the EU and choose to have the goods shipped to the EU, prices will be shown inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. Please note that deliveries outside the EU are subject to taxes and duties at customs, as may apply.

USA, AUSTRALIA & RUSSIA
We currently don’t ship to Russia, Australia & USA.
SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES:
UNITED KINGDOM
If the country of shipment is UK, La Vaca Loca charges a fixed shipping fee of €80.00 for customs clearance and transportation for orders below €300. For orders exceeding €300, customs clearance and transportation costs are covered by La Vaca Loca.
Orders sent to UK are delivered via DHL within 3-5 business days. Delivery may take slightly longer for remote areas.
Delays may also occur due to customs procedures.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor and track the shipment through the DHL or UPS websites at www.dhl.com, www.ups.com.
*The recipient is solely responsible for the cost of customs clearance and import duties that may arise in their country.
**In case of non-delivery, the customer is responsible for transportation expenses and any charges resulting from customs duties and taxes.
***In all cases, La Vaca Loca is not and cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
If you wish to return a product for any reason, contact via email to [email protected] or call us at +30 210 7714176 (Monday – Friday 09:00 to 17:00)
Returns are only accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product and if the following conditions are met:
- Approval must be given via e-mail for the return.
- The product must be in the original condition received.
- The return must be accompanied by the receipt or the sales invoice.
Returns that are not priorly approved by La Vaca Loca will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
EXCHANGES:
If you want to exchange the product you bought you can choose any available item from our e-shop. All you need to do is follow the above procedure and after getting approval for the return the new product will be shipped back to you.
The first exchange within Greece is free exclusively through SPEEDEX.
For product returns from non-EU countries PRODUCT RETURN must be indicated on the package.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items undergo meticulous quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for the order transaction. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
- Delivery and any customs & tax costs are not refundable.
- For payments through bank deposit send us an email to [email protected] in which you mention your full name, your bank information and your IBAN number.
The refund usually takes 3 working days from the receipt and approval of your return.
- For credit/debit card payments the refund is remitted to the same card.
- For payments via PayPal the refund is remitted to the same account.
*Shipping costs for shipments abroad are not refundable.
In case you do not wish to exchange a product and/or there is no possibility of refund, the amount of your purchase is credited to your name and can be used in your next purchase.
RETURN COSTS:
The customer is solely responsible for the safe return of the product as well as the shipping costs.
The first return within Greece is free.
Returns to non-EU countries may be subject to customs clearance and re-import costs.
In the event of a return of a defective or incorrect product the shipping costs are covered by the company.
In this case, the costs of customs clearance and re-importation that may arise for non-EU countries are covered by the company.
